MKH Drive Export — Terms of Use

Purpose

MKH Drive Export is a private integration operated by Tomita Software to export authorized Google Drive documents into My Knowledge Hub for local organization, search, and analysis.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts and documents that you are authorized to access and process. You remain responsible for complying with applicable obligations concerning those documents.

Processing and results

Document exports, text extraction, and AI-generated summaries or classifications may contain omissions or errors. Verify results against original documents before relying on them for business decisions. MKH is not a substitute for original document storage or an independently maintained backup.

Availability

Processing depends on local systems and third-party services, including Google Drive. Synchronization may be delayed or interrupted. Continuous availability and complete processing of every file are not guaranteed.

Ending access

You may revoke Google account access at any time. Information already stored, including derived records and backups, is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
